Jessica was so sweet! I flew across the country and forgot my contact lenses and she gave me some for free! The sweetest most understanding person. They took care of me very quickly!

What are wonderful office this is! A nose pad fell off my glasses, and since I was nearby, I decided to stop in and see if they could replace it for me. The woman who helped me (I am sorry I don’t know your name!) was so kind and friendly, and very quickly solved my nose pad problem. I fully intended to pay for this service, but was told there would be no charge… and I am not even a customer there! What a rare experience in today’s world. I certainly intend to be a customer in the future.

Emily was amazing! I came in for a quick glasses adjustment, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. The whole process was fast and pleasant. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Yesterday Oct 3, 2025, I lost a nose pad to my precious Silhouette glasses. Stopped by California Avenue Optometry - been a patient for sometime now. Jessica kindly took care of my little problem is less than 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier with their customer care, and professionalism by also offering amazing state of the art collection of eyewear designs and products.

I recently stopped into your office for help. I arrived in California a few weeks ago. My glasses were in terrible shape. I needed them to be adjusted to sit on my face without constantly having to push them up to rest on my nose properly/ As I entered the office I was greeted by Emily, Jessica and Archal. I explained my need, which was immediately attended to by your staff. They were gracious and welcoming. I left with my glasses balanced on my face and a great impression of your practice. I know where to go when I need more glasses! Your displays looked wonderful. I will be back because I am sure I will get excellent help picking out new frames.
