Got to be on death bed or a broken bone, more likely how that doctor explained for us to come in the ER. My grandson knee was killing him,. Only nice person was the lil short older lady there,. The other two disrespectful, we didn't have service with our phones, she rolled her eyes stomped off I guess I go get the phone,. Wasn't happy at all with this hospital, should went to Arkansas city.. Had to give it one star, it wouldn't post.. zero stars what needed to be!!!

Staff is VERY patient orientated, thorough and detail oriented, while being cordial and convenient. Have personally have had much more superficial, and less beneficial, care from MDs in Wichita and Dallas, than from the PROFESSIONAL Nurse Practitioners at CRMC. I have found modern MDs are there for the buck; CRMC 'doctors' are there for the patient. At 89 years old, I think Ashley Barta is the most competent, personable medical professional I have ever had the pleasure and BENEFITS of dealing with.

My husband was taken by Ambulance to Caldwell Regional Hospital on early Friday morning. From the time we were there until he was discharged Monday morning, I have to say the whole entire staff was absolutely amazing! They were kind, caring, and very passionate. I can't Thank everyone enough for what you all did! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would! Highly recommend this Hospital and the staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Brenda Lathers

Wonderful staff! CARING staff! All of them!. Not one person that laid hands on me or talked to me here was rude. I was in bad pain and they truly did all the could to make me comfortable and get to the bottom of the problem. If it was not for this staff, I would have been sent home again with appendicitis. And I would have never found out I have endometriosis. God Bless this hospital and all of its staff.

Made the mistake of going here..Went in with a broken shoulder..Wasn't given any pain medication until I was getting ready to be transferred, over 2 hours after I arrived. The staff lied on the paperwork claiming that I was given pain meds within 8 minutes of arrival. The less than honest PA signed off on the paperwork knowing it was a straight out lie..I had witnesses that were there and prepared to testify but they were not even contacted when the facility did their fake investigation. A genuine investigation is in the works with more qualified people who are interested in hearing from ALL the witnesses...The unqualified nurse was unprofessional and rude..She wasnt mature enough to figure out how to put her medical oath above personal feelings...They conveniently erase camera footage but
