Cajon Medical Group, Redlands

The Cajon medical group was nice and inviting. Everyone was very professional, . But I never met my doctor.. it seems to me he was never there. It's usually PA, NP, or different doctor.. it's sad due to the fact you find a doctor but he's never there... I'm changing doctor'. I want to see and discuss my medical needs... The medical office team was nice and helpful....

They gave me an appointment on Memorial Day and they were closed when I showed up. I have been waiting 6 weeks for them to get me a referral to a Ob and still haven’t heard back. I feel like the girls are more concerned about putting on loads of makeup than being thorough with their work. If you have the option to, find some place else for your medical needs.

I jad to change drs so i came here didnt even get to see dr chatta they gave me some nurae practitioner which couldnt help me with my problem and after giving her all my medical history and telling her i had lupus. She sent me out with bloodwork for hiv and syphalis she jad to have known it would read a false positve on those tests because of my lupus when i asked her about it she said oh its protical we test all our patients i call b.s. i dont know what ahe was up to

i'm very pleased with the cajom medical group, especially with medical assistant, Jennifer she's not even a phlebotomist, but she was able to withdraw the blood out of my arm on the first try. She was fantastic ,quest labs couldn't even do that they considered my arm difficult. thank you. cajon medical group ,a special thank you to Jennifer. 12/19/23

Staff is horrible!!! Love the doctors but the staff is worthless. I’ve been getting the run around for over 3 weeks trying to get an authorization to a cardiologist and no reply. They had the nerve to tell me that they’ve tried returning my calls but yet I have no missed calls. Then I get a letter from Alexus saying she’s tried reaching out to me several times and that my authorization is done. Surprise, no missed calls and it’s the wrong authorization. I called again & she keeps avoiding my calls. Good luck to anyone that goes here and needs anything done outside seeing the doctor. Worse medical staff ever!!! The whole staff needs to be replaced
