Caggiano Orthodontics

My 3rd child just started treatment at Caggiano Orthodontics. When he was ready for braces we did not consider looking into other practices. We have always had a great experience with all of the staff at Caggiano. My girls were in braces for a shorter time than anticipated and many years later their teeth are still straight. Dr. Caggiano's technology is 2nd to none offering a quicker and less painful process. They even did all of the legwork with the insurance company to ensure we received our maximum benefit.

3-4 stars. The office is very clean, new, nice and modern. The staff at the front desk were all nice. There were teeth brushing stations which were very neat. The first visit for consultation was the best. Then, after you paid, the service became just okay. All the dentists were excellent but their system is like an open-plan office/Co working space where you won't see the same dentist or the same dentist assistant. Each visit will be a different person or sometimes the same one from like three visits ago. We are more used to a private small office where we only see the same dentist or orthodontist. I'm not sure I like it this way(just not my personal preference). It was quick and efficient but some dentist assistants gave me some attitude when asking questions. Maybe they need to train s

Highly recommend Dr. Caggiano and his staff! They take their time to make sure all concerns are addressed and thoroughly explain options. My daughter has a more complicated situation, which he monitored for almost 3 years before her braces went on. He wasn’t quick to pull teeth or put braces - he made sure the timing and her development was right so that she would have the best outcome.

Nice office, clean and professional… some of the technicians seem to be in a hurry… overall good experience. Unfortunately on my last visit had a 45 min wait… pffff that’s a lot… worst part, the receptionist didn’t mention that staff was behind. I have a job too and I rely on staff punctuality. On top of that… they were confused with my case and my retainers… very messy visit… buuuu
