I am writing this review in all honesty. In the past, I saw Ms Alston. I visited now and is seeing Ms Grace for follow up after discharge from hospital. She was graceful, asked the necessary questions and presented the course of actions/adjustments that may have to be made on my next visit based on the medical information she had available. Scheduling my appointment at this office has never been a problem. I have also been treated politely. The office is never crowded and always clean.

Terrible experience — unprofessional and discriminatory I arrived at this office at 11:50 AM for a simple LAS appointment and didn’t leave until 2:17 PM. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The staff repeatedly spelled my name incorrectly and not just a simple typo, but in a way that felt intentionally disrespectful. They kept writing it as “RAKAYA,” which is not my name. I kept asking for it to be corrected multiple times, and instead of fixing it, they continued to spell it the wrong way the way they wanted to. That careless mistake ended up causing me to pay an additional fee at my surgery center. This office shows a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect. Although wait times and communication can be unclear, the team here welcomes me at each visit. Feels like home! Great staff despite the challenges of televisit and wait times. I feel Melinda is the best! But shout out to the doctors , nurses and the team! The newer front desk staff are amazing!

My first visit with Dr. Sharon Alston was excellent! She has such a warm and welcoming personality, and her bedside manner instantly put me at ease. She took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I truly felt cared for and valued as a patient. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor!

don't like that my primary doctor left and I wasnt informed. The last doctor I seen told me she had my labs from Emory when I tried to discuss my concerns. I confirmed this and they told me they cant see Emory (Which is why I brought it up to doctor to go over together). I don't want to receive care from a doctor that would lie about something so small because she didn't want to take the time to address my concerns.
