The absolute WORST medical care I have ever experienced! I ask for a referral and am NEVER notified it even went through - Unless I call them back OR call my insurance I would never even know it was ever approved? They don't check back - they NEVER check back I mean!! - This is not once it is pretty much EVERY TIME!! - THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT MY CARE!!! **I BET THEY BILL ON TIME FOR THE VISIT THOUGH!!*******

Shoutout To Dr. Mary Tiffany & Her Lovely Assistant For Helping Me Restore My Hearing When I Had Impacted Ear Wax Build Up In My Ear. Also, Thank You For Complimenting Me, On My Shoes. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Connie I’d probably give this place one star. She was out of town when I needed a prescription refilled. Something I’ve been on for years. It has taken Connie and I many years to see what works for me and what doesn’t. I called the refill line, emailed through my portal, even my pharmacy called and I got no response. Finally, I decided to call the direct line and the lady I spoke to was very rude, then proceeded to tell me the Dr I was seeing in place of Connie was on vacation and I’d have to wait until he got back. So now we are talking two plus weeks without my medication by the time I could see him. I understand medical professionals have lives and vacations but shouldn’t there be someone else in place to address script refills? Thankfully, I called bac

This was once a great office….it changed I’d say 5 years ago. Yea it’s clean, nicely decorated but these “Doctors” are a joke. It’s an in and out and all they wanna do is give you more and more pills other than the ones you really need. Ever since Dr Niccola left it’s all downhill And don’t get me started about the grumpy blond lady up front.
