C-Luminous EyeCare 2

I had a poor experience with my contact lens exam. I have always used TWO prescriptions - one favoring distance and one favoring reading. However, my explanation of this and my specific needs were completely ignored by both doctors, during the initial and follow-up fitting. (My samples were not in stock during the initial exam.) It was as if I hadn't said anything at all. Then, the only lenses they offered were the most expensive brand available and they DISAPPROVED my selection of any other brand. I have never experienced this with any other exam provider! (Same prescription - different brand of lens.) The implication is that they would prefer that I buy the most expensive lenses directly from them rather than from more economical sources such as 1-800-Contacts and they're willing to forc

Dr. Ciora and her staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I have been seeing her for 3 years now and I am very pleased with the care given. The eye exam was very thorough, with many health questions to ensure a comprehensive eye exam. Not to mention, I have not been able to see as perfectly as I do now with previous prescriptions, as my vision even after my first exam with her is more crisp and clear than before!

first let me say that Dr. Ciora is great and my experience with her was exceptional. the entire process with my visit there went smoothly i did have a bit of a hiccup with some subsequent follow-ups, however they went out of their way to reach out and rectify the situation. many places won't do that and it speaks to the overall character of the leadership there C-Luminous will be my first choice the next time i need an eye examination

Dr. Alice Ciora is awesome. She is super patient and takes the time to listen to your concerns and tries to give you a solution. She has got plenty of knowledge and I do trust her opinion. Her office is well equipped so you will get whatever exam you would like and her staff is courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend her.
