Not sure why the bad review on previous report. They may have been a disgruntled family member who couldn’t find an assisted living place for their family member who was already known in the lowcountry for having bad behavior habits etc. This facility has been part of the Charleston community for 30+ years and has followed the required SC DHEC inspections like any other facility in the area. Like any other assisted living, they are requirements and screening for anyone who is interested on being taking care of and the type of assistance a person is needing. Other than that, this facility will continue to be here supporting the care and well being of their community and family members needing placement of their loved ones.

Be careful of someone calling you from this company's phone number. I just received a call stating that they were from U.S Customs and needed to clear a package. I told her to verify my name and address which she couldn't and hung up.

They tell you you’re family member can be admitted and there is availability and call you later to let you know oh well the bed has been given away. Sorry we can’t help you. I do not like a liar and they take all the senior & disabled people money and put it to their use. I walked in and it looked like no lights weren’t on. I don’t even know how those residents can see eachother coming down the hallway. Because it is so dim and nasty there. I will NOT recommended anyone to go there period. The receptionist lies to you and the administrator as well. Sad case, different day.
