Byers Station Dental of Chester Springs

I don't typically leave reviews, but wanted to share my experience with Byer's Station Dental since there are so many gleaming reviews and very few to caution potential patients. I agree with many of the reviews that the staff here are very professional and welcoming, but I also agree that they tend to for lack of a better word "sell" you on higher levels of cleaning and filling potential cavities much earlier than other dentists I've been to. (this is not the reason for the one star, just an observation. I understand many people, my wife included, prefer for dentists to operate this way) The only other reason I will be searching for another dental office is because of a difference in expectations for attendance between their patients and their Dentists. The service professionalism and experience of Byers Station Dental is just what I needed. After experiencing other Dentist in the area I’ve found this Dental Office to be the best. From the very first day to present the service has been great and the office manager Brianna is solution driven in assisting you with anything you need. This dental office is amazing. My review is coming from someone who is extremely afraid of the dentist. Was there for the first time 2 weeks ago for a dental emergency. I cannot say enough of how well they treated me. Yes, I was extremely nervous when I got there but Jen and Dr. Patel made me feel so comfortable with the work on mouth I was amazed. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are all just all around wonderful.

Went today for a new patient visit, waited all of 5 minutes to be seen. Sarah was incredibly professional and insightful. The comprehensive exam (X-rays, pictures, cleaning etc) took about a hour and was very thorough. This was the first time I was ever actually shown potential problem areas and given advise on how to resolve them. Great experience and happy to be under their care.

Dr. V and her staff are all kind and professional. I have an intense fear of going to the dentist and they were able to alleviate my anxiety. The procedure was painless. I highly recommend Byers Station Dental especially for those with a fear of the dentist.
