Dr Dalal is a great doctor who spends his time with you and is very thorough. The girl at the front desk is as friendly and sweet as pie. My experience has been excellent. Five stars.

Don’t bother trying to go to this place. I have been trying for over a month to make an appointment. I got the run around. No one would return calls. They are completely unprofessional

If I could give this practice no stars that's what I would do. For a month now my fiance has been calling this office to schedule a new patient appointment. The first phone call the receptionist told him that she would get all his records etc from the previous provider and would call back. A week goes by nothing. From that point on it's been the same thing, the doctor hasn't had a chance to look over anything but when he lets me know something either myself or he will call you back. They never call back! Do not recommend this office at all!

have been a patient of Dr. Deep Dalal for 2 years and am completely satisfied with his service. Not only is he compassionate about his work he is compassionate with the care he provides to his patients. He takes the time to address all your medical concerns and educates you on each of your diagnosis. He is the most thorough doctor I have ever had in my life, no exaggeration; he always follow-up when necessary!!! He takes care of you as a whole not just the one diagnosis you are experiencing!! I would recommend him to anyone in need of a Rheumatologist!!

Can't even get an appointment, and clearly I'm not the only one, a review 3 years ago had the same problem. They have no idea how to run a business. I called a week and a half ago to schedule with a referral, they took my number and told me Dr. Dalal was out for the week, but he'll get back to me next week. The receptionist said he'll get to me by Wednesday at the latest, it's now Thursday and I called myself. This receptionist never heard of me, couldn't find my info, and took it down again. When I asked when I can expect a call back, the receptionist sounded confused and just told me "sorry, I have no idea when he'll get to it." If this doctor can't even be organized enough or bothered to return my calls, I don't want my health in his hands.
