They almost always have my medications ready on time as soon as I call, and their phone line is very easy to navigate. For those two reasons alone, this is an easy 5 stars. Relying on this place instead of a major nationwide pharmacy brand has been a godsend for me over the past year.

Been going here for 4 years now. As soon as I walk in the doors the staff greets me, knows who I am and is already getting my prescription ready. They are so friendly and the best part about this pharmacy is that they always have my medicine available. I know others who have waited months to pick up their prescriptions with all the shortages going on but BVL pharmacy always has things in stock. Only one time did I have to wait a week compared to waiting 3 months at cvs. I even drive 45 mins thru poinciana/kissimmee traffic just to go to this pharmacy. Amazing customer service and availability. Thanks for all you do!

After my old pharmacy closed doors permanently. I decided to come here, and the fact of having the choice of having delivery services and not worry that they always have my medications in stock or they ordered me whatever I need.
