Butler Pediatric Dentistry

We have been coming here for 6 years and everyone is so great here. My daughter got her lip tie revised when she was 2 days old and has loved coming here since. She's 5 now with no cavities ever. My son, on the other hand, is 9 and has a very hard time coming here. They are very accommodating and let's him come for "friendly visits" throughout the year to help him become more comfortable coming. They let us schedule early appointments so there aren't many other patients here to stress him out. When he was in kindergarten, he had 5 cavities and they had to knock him out because laughing gas wasn't enough. They also have tvs mounted on the ceiling for the kids!

This dental office is amazing. I took my seven year old grandson as his parents had to work. Large aquarium in the lobby, very friendly staff, spotless environment, and the latest equipment. He got to watch an overhead TV, they used laughing gas, no shots, numbed with gel. They obviously love kids. He just watched TV while they filled a cavity. I want to go here. I tried to convince them I was 17 but they didn’t buy it. He got a balloon and picked from several toys for being so good. PS - I got a balloon too.

We have been going to this pediatric dentistry for three years and have never seen the same dentist or nurse twice. Children will not receive consistent care. Their billing system is very messy. For one of my children, they sent me more than 10 bills for a single procedure because they filed the claims incorrectly. My other child was billed without issue, even though both children have the same insurance. I called and emailed them repeatedly but never got a response. Their billing manager, named Karen, is a very "typical Karen." I finally had to go to their office, where we called the insurance company together to figure out the problem. My kids are 8 and 3 and always excited to go to the dentistry.. I feel comfortable taking them there.. Dr Butler is really good and takes care of the kiddos like her own .. The interior is great all dental instruments are like new.. it’s an amazing experience.. and kids get part away goodies all the time

I was super thankful for the two referrals I received for this dentistry. Initial phone conversation was helpful. Was able to book a new patient appointment in reasonable time frame. Forms are available on the website to complete prior to arrival. Friendly and informative staff throughout the visit. Most important, the communication from Dr. Butler was superb. She gives you her time to ask questions and have a two -way conversation about the proposed dental plan. The office is clean, modern and provided a great first experience. Definitely recommending.
