I've been a patient of Dr. Burns for many years and I'm always impressed by the level of accuracy professionalism, customer service, an overall feeling that I'm being well taken care of. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Burns is precise in his diagnosis/ treatment plan and highly recommend.

Initial interaction on the phone with a staff member was negative, but the next interaction in person was much better and the issue was corrected.

Great and personable eye doctor. I don't feel like I am talking to that doctor brick wall..
