Burns Prescription Pharmacy

I moved to area, had a serious medical emergency and was hospitalized. My first experience was great I went in I was able to purchase an item that they were the only one in the area that had. But since then there have been two times that the Regional Medical Center has sent more than one prescription at a time and when I called to do follow up to see when they're going to be delivered ,I wind up having to argue with a young sounding female who seems to have a attitude issue with customers which is not the way a small family business should run!!!!, the only thing they have on their side is supposedly customer service. I have to argue about the number of prescriptions and the first time they couldn't even deliver because their driver couldn't find my address? Claim to call me but never did.

I'm glad to update- things seem to have changed for the better. They changed as their response stated. They do listen and care. I will be continuing to do business. To the owners and management - thank you for standing up for the right things and your customers.

There were only 2 customers in the store when i arrived. I had to wait 45 minutes for my prescriptions that they received the morning on the day before. I am disappointed at how quickly the quality of service at Burn's Pharmacy has gone down since a new owner took over in June 2020. We were told they would no longer fill my elderly mother's prescriptions because she uses another pharmacy for some of her prescriptions. The owner's official reason for this decision is because it affects their monthly "numbers" in reference to certain narcotics. What happened to serving the community? What happened to caring for the patient? It sounds to me as if this business is choosing it's customers it's willing to serve over building ties in within the Antelope Valley. I am more than happy to take

I am extremely dissatisfied with Burn's Pharmacy, which was recommended by a friend. Since the beginning, the experience has been problematic. Every month, I have had to visit Burn's Pharmacy multiple times to collect my medication, and they have provided false information on several occasions, claiming that they were waiting for my Dr to refill a prescription, when in fact they had not contacted my doctor. Unless you like wasting your gas and time I would not recommend getting your meds filled here.

Don't trust this Pharmacy with special ordering anything. I went in over a month ago and ordered 4 pairs of compression socks. I hadn't heard anything as of today so I called them, and found out that the socks had never been ordered!!! Horrible customer service !!! Now I have to scramble and find somewhere else to get the compression socks which I am supposed to wear daily. I had gone there over a year ago and ordered two pairs which took a couple of weeks to get, which was fine.
