Burlington Family Dentistry

I've never cared much for dentist in the past because every visit felt rushed and ended painfully. Well, I had my first tooth ache and it was AWFUL. My local office couldn't see me soon enough and so I was desperate for anyone to help. I must say, I'm so thankful that I ran across Dr.Mesec and his team. I've never felt so comfortable & welcomed by a dental office. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were so pleasant. My tooth was taken care of and I'm happy to say, I've found a new family dentist. It is so worth the 35 min drive from my hometown. Everything about the experience was absolutely amazing. I would honestly give them 100 stars 🌟 if I could.

The new Denist must be hard up for money they sent me a bill for a missed appointment witch I canceled last year but I would not go to this denist he’s money hungry

This is Kevin Alvarez, I am so grateful for finding Burlington Family Dentistry. They treat everyone very well. I just started going there and I am so happy. They are friendly, kind and do exactly what they say they will do at a great price. Everyone should consider going there for all your dental needs. I experienced no pain at all. In fact I can't wait to go back, they made me feel at home. If I could give more stars I would.

Avoid the dentist at Burlington Family Dentistry. The fillings he provided started falling apart less than two months after being placed, causing significant pain. He initially tried to give me a root canal but I went and got a second opinion from a different dentist and they informed me there was absolutely no reason to even suggest a root canal. I had to get the rework done at the office i got the second opinon at. He initially assured me that they would cover the cost of the repairs at the new dentist, but after I had already paid for the procedure, he informed me they would deduct the amount from what I owed their office for the botched procedure instead. This unexpected expense caused me to miss a tuition payment. I couldn't even get the repair job covered insurance because the affect

Exceptional staff, very homey when you walk in. Everyone is incredibly nice, easy going, and easy to talk to. Definitely doesn’t feel like you’re at the dentist! You can tell Dr. Mesec cares for his patients, takes the time to chat with you before/after treatment is done. Have already recommended this office!
