Burlington Family Dental

I had a terrible experience with this office. They do not have compassion for disabled patients and refuse to take measures to keep them safe. Total lack of care for patient safety and comfort and atrocious customer service attitude. I will never go back.

Been going here for a few years now. Dr. Baker is great and always does a thorough exam. The hygienist are very friendly and leave my teeth feeling amazing after every visit.

I had Dr. Baker place a crown for me, but after switching to Dental Bright (whom I highly recommend), I was informed that it had been done incorrectly. I returned to have it redone, only for it to be placed incorrectly again, causing significant pain and bacterial issues. To make matters worse, a large piece of cotton was left behind, cemented into my tooth. Fixing this mistake required additional time, money, and discomfort. Each time I voiced my concerns, I was met with dismissive and rude responses. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend this office.

As someone who has had a major fear of dentists, Burlington Family Dental is the best. All of the staff here are kind, compassionate and have endless amount of patience for those who have anxiety. I cannot just express how welcoming everyone is here as well. After years of going here, I could not be happier. Thank you!!

I highly recommend this place. Dr. Baker does a great job. She's very knowledgeable, and she takes time to listen to me. Best dentist I've ever seen
