Burlington Dental

I am a recent patient at this office and I am highly dissatisfied. I thought doctors and dentists are supposed to listen to their patients and help them with their needs. I am on Medicaid, I had to have 4 teeth pulled. I was instructed by Medicaid that a partial denture would be approved by them because I had 4 teeth removed, two of which were my front teeth. I only need an upper partial. I have been without teeth since November because this office sent in prior authorization for two partials when I only needed one, more information was requested and was not received so it was denied. Second prior authorization was sent 2/25/26, Medicaid says it was pending because they are waiting on information again. I go up to the office today 3/9/26 to find out what is going on because I was told that

Well my crown came out at work. Found this new dentist through my insurance. In less than 2 hours I was at the office. Crown was in and back at work. The staff was amazing and kind and Dr Shane Lu has great bedside manners and easy to talk with. He and his Dental assistant did a great job. This is definitely my new dentist. Thanks :)

I had broke my tooth Friday night. They were open Saturday morning. They saw me at 10.40 a.m.. I was out there about 1 PM. They did a root canal. There’s some other stuff while they were there and all honesty bro you cannot go wrong with these people.

The lady for making my appointment at the front desk was so kind and humble so good and the doctor was vary kind and good at his job this place was very good and amazing and the lady who got everything ready before my clean was gentle in her job and words and heart she was so humble thank you this place was amazing
