Burlington Convalescent Hospital

My dad is getting transferred from the hospital to Burlington as I am writing this . My mom and I arrived here before my dad . While we were waiting the staff Kathrine , Kevin and Jamaal was awesome . Great first impression and very kind. This made my mom and myself more relaxed and trusting of Burlington. Thank you

Burlington Convalescent Hospital has been an incredible experience . The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We especially appreciate the attention to detail with personalized meals. The facility is clean, well-run, and offers excellent rehab and activity programs. Everyone should all feel at ease with bringing their loved one here. Highly recommend!

After reading some of the reviews allot of them don’t really paint a pretty picture about this building. Burlington has friendly staff, nurses always try their best to help their patients with anything they may need. Overall I’ve had good experiences with this nursing facility. Don’t think twice on bringing your loved ones here.

My grandma is being treated poorly at this facility. I have come from Las Vegas to check on the safety of this facility and it's peers. Seems like there's corruption within this establishment. This is no way to treat clients and humans, confirmed by numerous friends/family. My Grandma said she's being treated like an animal. 1.) Dark restrooms, some crawling around in the dark unable to see. My grandma was hurt due to such negligence. Nothing done about this and some left to die. 2.) Client(s) are being fed, and reportedly, they're eating from the floor. 3.) Management and staff are extremely rude, almost to the point elders are speaking of their own demise from such miserable conditions. This all about the money for you guys I understand, but at least have some decency and integrity.

My grandma stayed here. She really enjoyed her stay at this place. I did not expect her to want to stay because she can get really stubborn and then do nothing but complain. Except that did not happen. She made friends with some other ladies that were there, and they had this little old lady group going. I thought it was hilarious. I felt the nurses were nice. She never really complained about things. She enjoyed the rehab there. It really helped her a lot and made a lot of improvements.
