I needed an eye exam asap and they are the only office open on Saturday and willing to take walk-ins. Dr. Xu was extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Exam was minutes brief and precise. If they don’t accept your insurance, out of pocket is $89 as of 11-15-25. Walmart vision center is next door and has great frames at reasonable cost. Highly recommend this office. Thanks again Dr. Xu.

Spent 5 years coming to this office. The last visit didn’t even happen. I cancelled and made my daughters appointment with someone else. The front desk person was combative and treated my daughter and I like we were lucky to be paying for a cheap eye exam. This place doesn’t treat you like they want you as a patient. No thanks! I’d rather pay a little more to be treated with respect, especially if I plan on being a long term patient.

Don't understand why so many negative reviews for this practice. Despite them all I decided to try this place out since it was a convenient location for me. Dr Burke was great - attentive yet efficient enough, so exam didn't take too long. No problems with rudeness from any of the staff either. Scheduling an exam over the phone took about 2 minutes, and again no issues with politeness. Also loved the fact that since this practice didn't sell the glasses, there was no pushy sales practices as other places I have been to. Just called the office for the second time as I had a question about prescription. A gentlemen who picked up the phone was very patient with me and answered any additional questions I had.

Friendly, clean, and speedy. I found this office after calling several in the area, i needed an eye exam asap so I could order glasses before the holidays and my regular provider’s hours weren’t working with my schedule. This office has weekend appointments and appointments until 5:30pm. It is in the Walmart building but you do not have to go inside of the actual Walmart store to enter - there is separate door smack in the middle of the building labeled “eye exams.” The receptionist was very friendly and straightforward. Dr. Xu was very nice, fast, and informative. He was concerned about my comfort level in my contacts and had me try a different pair. My other provider never gave me my prescription - I always had to go to this window, then the next one and wait 5 mins for someone to print

I take my whole family to this office. It's right next to the Walmart Vision Center! If needed, they can readily supply prescription information to the Vision Center in a flash! Don't usually have to wait long. They take appointments and walk-ins. Great staff and service.
