Granted I did forget my ID and didn’t check to see if I had a picture. But when I got to the parking lot I asked if I can still make my appointment (I was on time too.) It was maybe 5 mins after the interaction with the front desk and she went on to tell me that it’s a 15 min grace period… while I was within walking distance. I’m glad they didn’t get my money.

I’ve been Dr. Burkes patient for over a decade. He’s knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. The office staff has always been helpful. Highly recommended.

When asked if a plan sounded reasonable, shortly after was told by Dr. Caputo “it doesn’t matter I am the doctor”. Quite the beside manner!

My experience at Burke's Dermatology last year was poor.I had been Dr. Hansen's patient for a while so her behavior during my last visit was especially surprising. To start with, her office kept me waiting for over an hour. I sat in the office even though I had an appointment in next hour. They just kept me waiting there the entire time. When I tried to leave, someone said my room was next and asked me to wait. I had not had lunch. I also needed to get back to work but kept waiting. Eventually Dr. Hanson came into the room and when she did, she looked visibly irritated. To her credit, she apologized for keeping me waiting. Apparently it was her last day before maternity leave and she had been double booked when she came in. She was frustrated. She seemed irritated and generally impatient

I wish I can give a negative star for the poor front desk service. They are always so rude when they answer your phone as if they haven’t been paid for a long time. I don’t know it’s the front desk issue or this reflects the culture of this office. I will be taking my money elsewhere. I won’t accept spending money and getting treated so poorly.
