Don’t even bother. When you call you can not get in touch with a single person. Straight to voicemail or the voicemail box is full. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 days to reschedule an appointment and I’ve gotten nothing. Tried calling the Dover office to see if they can do anything but I’ve been waiting on hold for 10+ minutes….its only 8:30am. Don’t waste your time.

I had a very good visit today with MICHELE KASSIEN, NP. This is my second appointment with her. I find her to be knowledge and a very nice person. I had no problem with the front desk person. She was very nice to me and everyone I saw her assist. The medical assistant was very nice. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy and it was ready by the time I got home. I had a wait time of about 30 minutes after my appointment time and I arrived 15 minutes early. I didn't mind the wait. I know they have to spend more time with some patients than others. I wasn't rushed and in my opinion, I was given good care. I would recomment the practice and especially Michele.

I arrived before my appointment time at 1:00 pm. The people that arrived after me were there for a 1:15 appointment to see the same provider. They were seen first. When asked why the front desk person was very rude and told me that I had things to update. It took me all of 2 minutes and was completed long before either of us was called back.

The staff are okay but im giving 5 stars to Drew... love him, hes great and hes nice to look at and talk to haha! Has always tried his best to help me with my acne. Appreciate him so much...

I have been going to Burke Dermotology for years. In those years I have had to have many biopsies for skin problems. Over those years I have had to literally "FIGHT" with the staff to get results. It would take 6, 8, 10 weeks of calling, leaving unanswered messages time and time again. When I complained to my "provider" his answer was always the same: "those problems are above my pay grade". During those years I have had a spot on my nose that gets worse and worse. I just recently went to try once again to get some attention to the spot. Made my appt weeks in advance. Upon arrival I was told:" we don't have you on our schedule for today. JEEEEZ!!
