Dr Shelley Miller and the Burgess team are simply wonderful! My 3yo daughter had fallen sick with fast, shallow breathing while we were on vacation here (from Singapore), and we looked up many pediatric listings in Palo Alto, but couldn’t find any that accepted walk-ins. When we came to Burgess Pediatrics, the receptionist treated us warmly and called Dr Shelley to check on how to help us. Dr Shelley gave us great medical advice, which gave us great relief and peace of mind for the rest of our trip. Thank you!!
A much calmer, friendlier environment than PAMF. A well-child checkup is holistic, starts on time, and takes an hour instead of a late-starting, hurried 15 minutes.
Incredibly dedicated to ensure kids are happy and healthy. Exceptionally helpful towards special needs individuals as well
