Our experience with Shane the dentist was very disappointing. During our visit, he asked whether we wanted to mineralize our daughter’s tooth or proceed with a filling. When I asked how severe the cavity was so we could make an informed decision, he responded by saying it wasn’t that bad and that it “wasn’t that hard” to choose which option we wanted to take. I asked if I could take a look at the tooth myself to better understand the situation. Instead of responding professionally, he made a remark asking if I had gone to dental school, which felt dismissive and mocking. When I looked, it appeared to be just a minor indentation. My wife also felt that his tone and behavior were rude during the appointment. We value respectful communication and being able to ask questions about our child’

We had a great visit! Checked in, gave them my info and they asked if we had any questions or concerns. We didn't, so we went to the waiting area. Had to change my baby, so I asked for a bathroom. They have scented diaper bags to put your dirty diapers in to throw away. Went back to the lobby and then we were called back. Asked how many teeth my baby had and if we had any concerns. Set up next appointment for 3 months from now. Wasn't long before the dentist came in and checked out my baby's teeth and told us what he looks for. Told us how we can help keep my baby's teeth clean. Asked if we had any questions or concerns. The nurse gave us a goodie bag and asked us again if we had any questions. Amazing!!! My daughter broke her tooth I called them and they waited for us to show up so the dentist could take care of her! We drove an hour and 44 minutes away. They are amazing and caring!! I'll be bringing my kiddos here from now on!!

It was my daughter's first dentist appointment and it went fantastic!!! The office is welcoming. I love that they have toys for the kids to play with in the waiting room, AND they take the time to clean the toys too. Everyone was so nice. I didn't know what to expect going in, but Dr. Moore calmly eased into everything with my daughter, which helped her get through it all perfectly. ☺️

Dr. Bernie and the team were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time (a rarity!). They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning and filling. Highly recommend if you want excellent dental care with a friendly, professional team!
