Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine

I have had the best possible experience with Buffalo Spine & Sports Medicine. After a thorough evaluation, they have made it possible for me to have 3 separate issues taken care of via physical therapy. I have one more issue to have addressed, and believe that they will also be my best source for the results that I’m seeking. Also, they allowed me to cancel my appointment recently during a storm, and returned my request for rescheduling. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs real assistance!

I Absolutely love this place!, making an appointment was wonderful. They were very helpful, I saw Kaitlyn klotzbach the PA. She took so much time with me and really made me feel like I was finally going to get some answers. She took her time, So very thorough. I arrived from my appointment and they were so helpful at check-in, so friendly. And I needed to get a report to my chiropractor and I called this morning and spoke to Kathy. She was so friendly and helpful and is faxing the information over to my chiropractor right away. I would never go anywhere else but here.

my husband and i can't say enough about buffalo spine and sports medicine. they are absolutely the very best. not only are the doctors and p a's thorough but are so sincerely kind and helpful. both of us feel like new people because of their treatments. i have to say also that connor in physical therapy is the best. another thing, you don't have to wait forever to get an appointment for consultation or follow up. thank you for taking away all our pain.

Because they take my insurance, I've been treated for back pain here for 5 years and have never seen an actual board certified medical doctor to explain my condition except when they do the treatments (surprisingly not neurologists). Your appt with a medical assistant is no better than a google search - they are just gatekeepers to hand off to scheduling. This is known to be one of the worst run medical places in WNY and begins with the scheduling (they call you 'whenever' and if you miss it, call back, wait 10-20 min on hold, leave message, within two weeks they will call back, if you miss that call, etc). At check in, you are greeted with clerks who appear bored and aggravated you are there. The fact they use an AI program to answer these reviews to justify themselves is an example of

I saw Hannah Daigler RPA-C. She was not thorough with me at all. I had so many concerns that I was unable to get to because she kept shutting me down. I was trying to clarify where the pain in my back was coming from and she said very ignorantly "I already told you before, aren't you listening to me?!?!" Then I continued to ask questions and she said "I told you before!", again. Her tone was very unsettling, I felt very uncomfortable. There was some things I forgot to ask because of this. Then I asked for an updated MRI and she said I didn't need one because she THINKS that nothing has changed since the last one in 2022, even though I had a back injury 2 months prior to the visit. How can she say nothing has changed when I can't even stand up straight. I really just hit a complete dead en
