I'm thrilled to have somehow been blessed to become a patient of Dr. Burns and her nurse Cindy!!! The visit is professional AND enjoyable, personable and thorough. Thank you both for your interest in me and for your care!!!

Johnna the FNP who I saw was/is absolutely amazing! She was very attentive, listened to what I had to say regarding all of my symptoms and concerns. She also has a great sense of humor. I was very concerned that I may have made a mistake coming there after the first impression Mary at the front desk gave...which was atrocious. She was rude and very condescending especially since I don't read minds and there was nothing on the screen in front of me to indicate that I could sign then, and when I asked if there would a light she told me "I'm telling you to sign it" after that I had to just wing it and hope for the best since all she did was look at her computer screen and nod her head. Then when it came for the payment portion of my atrocious encounter, she told me I had a copay due that day

The person who answers the phone was the worst I have encountered my adult life Interrupted did not have any interest in my problem or helping me with the process. No people skills. Would not allow me to explain a difficult situation. Only interested in their own agenda not the patient's. Dr's might be good but they need to address the office staff issue.

My experience with Linda Burns was pretty terrible. She pretended to be sympathetic, but in the end, no meaningful progress was made, and I was made to feel like nothing I said was relevant or mattered. Noah was much better. The only person [or so they claimed, and refused to escalate the matter] working on the afternoon of November 21, 2025 was incredibly rude and claims "we don't switch doctors here", and refused to help us fill out time sensitive forms. We'll be switching to another office. Avoid this place like the plague.

Linda Burns is amazing. She listens, pays attention, is honest with you. The nurses and girls in the office are amazing. Love them all. Been going here for years for my connective tissue diseases and osteoporosis infusions. Great people.
