Worst customer service ever. They just hung up on me while I was trying to talk to them. They deserve negative stars and no that was not a one time thing. Their delivery service is terrible. They could not wait 2 minutes for my grandma to come down to her door to get her supplies!!!! Two minutes. -5 stars.

My pulmonary doctor sent me here for an incentize spirometer. Conveniently located, helpful associates, the store very clean and presents well.

I got a new shower chair Monday. I had wait all day because that how this medical store do delivery without time windows. It doesn't even fit my bathtub. It only chairs they have. They want to pick it up Friday 10-5. Also day of I called to tell them I was will not be home 12-2:30 and they acted like they gave me time window of 1-3 when they never did. I told them I would put it outside of my apartment door. They had the balls to tell me if it go missing I will be chanced for it. That is bs in general, they don't have anything of mine like card. Plus it's just the basic shower chair around $40 worth and don't fit newer normal bathtubs.. This is their fault for making sure if they had the right chair for me.

First I order walker and after couple months brake is broken , I call them and they do not wanna help. I call manufactured they help . After I call for scooter or power wheelchair they told me they do not have . Ok. Last time I visit and ask for quote for recliner chair cost 900 dollars . She vas very rude , say can not give to me . I visit people mobility , nice people , I have quote for scooter and recliner chair , I submitted paper work after 30 day I got .

I would give zero stars if i was able to. I cannot believe how RUDE the staff is here . I’m quite shocked because they are older ladies with zero compassion when you are working with the public for needed medical equipment i’d expect the care and respect you’d give to your grandmother Not only that—we decided to go elsewhere for half the cost Seems they are price gouging much like any corner store in the city They should be ashamed of themselves. Donot recommend there are better caring places out there
