I would not recommend this school unless you can request specific teachers and even still I can't say I would recommend this school. My son's IEP was not followed. There are so many inconsistencies in what they say. The original teacher my son was given was not the teacher for his room that was never communicated it was just one day at the end of October an introduction page was sent home. The new teacher was not good and a liar, but they like to use "miscommunication" and attempt to treat you like you're dumb. They said it would be a slow transition 10 days later the new teacher had taken over the classroom. The director said we would still be able to reach the original teacher that did not happen. I called today to make an appointment for my son to take a hearing test, and the lady on the phone got so nasty with me, kept interrupting, and hung up on me. People who act like this should not be working there, we care about our children and can provide what they need. I was not happy with how this lady treated me. I found somewhere better and could get an appointment for my son quicker. She disgusted me and my interpreter on the phone and we were shocked by how she treated me on the phone when I tried to make an appointment. Yikes

They have the best mission statement listed on the wall here and are very kind nonjudgmental and courteous. The doctors here especially Averil “Really Care” about making progress with my hearing and refer to whom is best for further assistance in my health care and hearing. I will be back. Thx for all team efforts to help me be more successful to hear clearly while I am at my professional affiliations, so which also help others in healthcare.

I just called today. I did talked with another CI said approved and have to contract this Buffalo. I was excited for that I never use CI almost 10 years. I called to person customer. I want to new CI and make appointment. Somehow she said WHY YOU WANT TO NEW CI RIGHT NOW not doing before years ago. I’m feel out of blue and why they have to give tooo attitude. I am already explain first place nice that I can new CI and have to make process. She said good luck insurance will not approve to you. I feel to rude!

I am absolutely so excited to be working along with such an intelligent, hard working and passionate therapist, Abbie McCann. I can't say enough about her and the wonderful service she provides my 8 year old autistic daughter. After several years of therapy with others, working with Abbie has finally got my daughter chewing. She is progressing weekly. I honestly feel that if my daughter saw her five days a week she would be completely eating. She has such wonderful techniques and is so compassionate to my daughter and her needs. She is honestly one of my favorite people to work with. I will always be forever grateful for how far she has gotten with my daughter. I look forward to her continuing to work with her and seeing even more progression. She always makes herself available no matter
