Buena Vista Urgent Care

Buena Vista Urgent Care was okay overall, but the experience could definitely be better. The wait time was pretty long, especially for an urgent care visit. The $250 consultation fee is already on the higher side, and it doesn’t seem to include many basic services. On top of that, they charge an additional $100 for medication and another $130 just to test for COVID or the flu, which adds up quickly. It feels like a lot of extra fees stacked on top of an already expensive visit. The staff was decent, but the pricing and wait time make it hard to give more than three stars.

Buena Vista Urgent Care is the best urgent care facility in Orlando. Doctor Becker provides excellent care, with great bedside manners, and patient concern that goes above and beyond. He truly listens and is outstanding, and Nurse Practitioner Anna is equally excellent. Highly recommended — great urgent care facility! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Becker for year’s ever since we have become Florida residents.👍❤️❤️ we are so thankful to Dr. Becker and his staff. We Highly recommend Buena Vista Care .

VIP treatment! Friendly welcome from receptionist who is masked. The usual complete the forms task which took 10 minutes. The “welcome text” with wait time is received while you complete the forms. Med tech calls you in after you return forms to front desk. She takes all your vitals then escorts you to exam room. Now your 15 minutes into the process. Advance Practice RN comes in, calls for a chest X-ray, Diagnosis and prescription under an hour. This clinic is modern, spotlessly clean, cheerful atmosphere while maintaining your privacy. The whole staff is outstanding, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic

This was BY FAR the most amazing urgent care visit!! Dr Michelle was amazing and was very familiar with even the natural world too! So friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10!!! Oh and in and out on a Friday night!

I am so thankful that this place was able to help us during our Disney trip! The facility was clean, easy to reach from Disney property, and the process was so fast. It was so convenient that we were able to purchase our prescription right there - no waiting or finding a pharmacy. Thanks for helping my daughter - we were able to enjoy a full park day after a morning visit. I'd recommend Buena Vista urgent care to anyone who has an unexpected health problem during vacation
