Buena Salud Pediatrics

I know Dr. Carrillo was going to retire, but I thought they would give his patients a courtesy notice in when his last day was. I was startled when I called the office to make an appointment for my kids. I was startled and sad to hear that the office was closed for good. I really would like to know where the staff went and Dr. Madrigal went too They were amazing with my kids. They were the best. Going to miss them.

Dr. Carrillo was once the pediatrician for myself and three other siblings ❤ and is now the pediatrician of my Niece and my three children. I absolutely love the staff, never once was given attitude by any of the women working there, they always see my children ASAP when they were sick. Call to remind me of upcoming appointments a day in advance. Never had one complaint.

I picked Dr Carrilo to take care of my children. However dislike front few desk personnel. One with curly hair is nice the other two working today at front do show attitude😒 If there is a problem or misunderstanding with a paper or dr notes let's try to fix it not give attitude.

Review is a bit of a long one. (Not long, just detailed) 😝 Dr. Carrillo was/is my family’s pediatrician (was for my older brother, myself and my twin) and continues to be my sister’s as well as my 3yr son. There are certain staff members that are more welcoming than others and have a great personality. But the overall feel of the office is always positive. My main concerns are minor, but can really be a pain; first, they charge a $5 and/or $10 fee for filling out a form and instead of filling handing it to you they have to mail it to you! (Depending on the form of course) Secondly, I get that calling as soon as the clock strikes “open” doesn’t necessarily mean I’ll get an answer, HOWEVER 30-45mins after, is a big 👎🏻 Nope! But, When I get my call answered, I also get my question or conc
