I have had an excellent experience with this endocrinology office. Melissa Rutkin, CRNP, is absolutely terrific — she truly listens, takes the time to understand what is going on, and has helped me tremendously with both diabetes management and menopause concerns. I have also seen Dr. Paparesenos, and he is excellent as well. Both providers are knowledgeable, caring, and committed to getting to the root of the issue rather than rushing through appointments. The entire staff is efficient, professional, and kind, making every visit feel well-organized and supportive. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for thorough and compassionate endocrine care.

I’m grateful for the tedious care and attention I receive from Melissa…I trust her with helping guide me through making weighted decisions regarding endocrinology and healthy behaviors in general. She is timely, incredibly knowledgeable, a great patient advocate and all around a fun person. The front desk staff is engaging and warm. Definitely a nice touch! Also, I needed emergent advice once last spring and reached out by phone after business hours. I received a prompt call back from Dr. Paparsenos who supported me and guided me. Despite being bothered on the weekend, he was so kind. It was a scary episode to go through and I felt well supported. Thanks to the entire team. No complaints here!!

Everyone in the office is exceptional. Receptionists are kind and helpful. You won’t find a single one being “short” or annoyed to help. Dr Papersenos is by far the best endocrine doctor out there. I’ve had three others, but he is top notch. He always spends time explaining everything you need to know and leaves time for questions. I know he is looking out for my best interest and never treats me as just another patient. I am on dialysis and have many doctors. Dr Papersenos is my favorite.

I’ve been coming to this office for about 10 years, which honestly feels wild to say, but it’s true and i would be devastated if I ever had to find a new doctor. Dr. Paparsenos has never made me feel bad or guilty, but has always been honest and straightforward when I’m not totally on my game with my care, and I truly appreciate that. The front office staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met and are always so happy to help, even when I’m blowing up their phones on a Friday 10 minutes before closing for a new script 😭. I’m so grateful to have such an incredible care team.

I’ve been getting my diabetic care from Bucks Thyroid & Endocrine for several years; first with Dr. Paparsenos. I have been seeing Melissa Rutkin for about three years. Whether via phone call or an office visit, it is always a good experience. The front desk staff as well as medical assistants are friendly and professional. Melissa is wonderful! I never feel rushed.
