Bucks Family Medicine

Folks avoid this place. There was a time when this practice was truly remarkable and cared. Unfortunately the front office staff have destroyed this place lately. When you call you're met with attitude and skepticism. You dont have to go far to find better treatment. It is truly unfortunate because the providers do care. But the front staff needs to be cleaned out. The staff expects the patient to do their work for them with calling insurance companies, giving them formularies etc. And good luck if you have a workers comp injury, they'll throw soo many hurdles in front of you that you'll never get an appointment. Go literally anywhere els.

The providers at this office are fantastic. I’ve been looking for a primary care provider for years, and I finally feel like I’ve found a home. Not only do I like my provider, but my kids and wife also found doctors that they love. They all seem like they really care. I strongly recommend Bucks Family Medicine.

I've been a patient at Bucks Family Medicine for several years. The office staff here are so sweet and caring. 99% of the time I see Dr. David Lewis. I have never had an issue with Dr. Lewis's care. He is so kind, considerate, caring and professional. Dr. Lewis listens to all my concerns, not just medically, but psychological as well. I'm never rushed. My previous Primary care physician should be in another profession! He was awful, and so was his staff. Dr. Files is awesome as well. Both Dr. Files and Dr. Lewis are definitely in the right profession. Thank you all🥰

Excellent care. I needed help getting a script faxed and they were kind and efficient. They even followed up to confirm that they had completed the fax. Doctors are always compassionate and thorough.

Used to be a great office! Dan Jr. Is amazing, but unfortunately the office staff are rude, unprofessional and dishonest. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
