Buckhead Primary and Urgent Care Clinic

I no longer feel heard here and do not recommend for primary care. I switched my primary care to this location almost 10 years ago, but the NPs have rotated several times. The culture has changed and I'm just a chart now. They got my bloodwork order wrong in what turns out would be my final visit to this office and are overly willing to refer to specialists. It's probably fine for urgent care when an established relationship isn't important. It seemed like I might have been the only patient there during my last visit.

I went to this urgent care about two weeks ago and was diagnosed with Covid. They took all my information, the PA prescribed some medications, and overall I did start feeling better. However, the wait time was long — being there for more than an hour while feeling sick was miserable. A week later, I went back because I was still feeling very tired, even though the cough, sore throat, fever, and other symptoms had already cleared up. Unfortunately, since I had gone close to their closing time, they barely listened to me. They repeated the same questions from my previous visit, even though they already had my information on file. I shared the medications I was taking, but that should have been documented in their system. If the PA (or whoever she was) had taken the time to look up my name

terrible experience. got charged for preventative care when i never asked for anything outside of that, but of course they coded it incorrectly. for months i went back and forth with them about the service provided but kept getting excuses. imagine trying to do routine preventative care covered by your insurance and they code it incorrectly…repeatedly. a rip off. i’d highly suggest you go to a different service provider altogether. who knows how many people they’re doing this to, and people end up paying for it. ridiculous.

I’ve been going here since I moved to Atlanta, the team does great listening to you and not making you feel like you’re bothering them when you come in. Shout out to Cindy, one of the physicians here. Shes amazing and has been a great help for about 4 years now. She really cares how you are doing and listens and wants to help any way possible. 10/10 experience would highly recommend.

I've been going here since 2010. This place sets the gold standard for healthcare I've had in the States. Never a wait paste my appointment times. Always friendly, accurate and compassionate care. I've never had a better experience at another doctor's office. GD help you if you go to a Piedmont or Emory clinic. I don't know about the negative experiences a few people had. My experience has always been great with them.
