Buckeye Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

The facility is filthy and the staff is just as nasty. There were aids there that it seems like they went out of their way to be mean. I felt like I was going to catch something just standing in there. I’m sure that everyone is plenty over worked but that truly has nothing to do with me. The nurses were just as dismissive and unpleasant to be around. I have never been around such an inconsiderate staff with a stuck up attitude. It was almost as if the people there knew me and they had a preconceived beef with me the second I walked into the door. If people leaving bad reviews won’t shut that place down, I’m sure state will. This place is NASTY. Zero stars. HORRIBLE. Smells so disgusting they put up air fresheners in the hallway (see pic), The floors are disgusting with trash left on the floor, a finger nail left on the floor, even when they try to mop it's still gross (See pics). The nurses' station is even a cluttered mess (see pics). The food is cheap and horrible the egg roll in the photo was microwaved, the rice is dry and plain and the broccoli mix is also microwaved and over cooked. The bed pan in the photo was left under my father's bed for a week and note the dirt and trash also shown the pictures. this place needs to be shut down and permanent residents relocated. I will be filing a complaint with the state about this place.

This place is a mess from top to bottom! If you’re looking for chaos, unhelpful management, and a daily surprise of who’s living in the building — this is the place for you! The admission director’s door is always shut (must be exhausting doing nothing all day), and management’s best skill is ignoring problems until they explode. Staff is overworked & expected to handle situations that should never happen in a licensed facility. 10/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy stress and drama. If you value your sick family member, license or your sanity look elsewhere.

If I could put zero stars I would. If you have a choice any choice please do not send your loved ones here. 80% of the staff are foreign. They do not speak English well enough. Therefore they are incapable of understanding when another human being are in pain or in need. I listened to so many people yell from their rooms that they couldn't breathe and they needed help while the staff sat on their phone at the desk. Ignoring many many prompts from patients help buzzers. When the administration is there from 9:00 to 5:00 everyone seems to stay on their toes. But after 7:00 p.m. Neither the aides nor the staff care AT ALL. They shut down the entertainment room around 4:00 p.m. yet the patience roam the hallways all the way to 3:00 in the morning.
