Buckeye Pediatrics

Buckeye pediatrics is amazing and has a great staff. They are patient and on top of their stuff. Every referral I have needed they were quick on getting it done within same day. They are very understanding. The doctor is very on top of it and honest. She takes good care of my daughter like its her own.

The doctor here is great, very nice and sweet, she listens to concerns and addresses them. The staff has also been nice when we are in the office. The problem at this office is what I can only assume is a lack of staff. I leave messages and never get calls back; it's also hard to get in touch with someone on a first call. Every time I call the office I only get through because I call back-to-back like a stalker.

We have been going to Buckeye Pediatrics and seeing Micaela specifically for over 15+ years. We are never disappointed with the level of care we receive. The staff is very patient and Micaela is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She listens and appreciates active participation of the family in the care plan for the patient. We are so very thankful for Buckeye Pediatrics as we have had horrible experiences with other local pediatricians

Incredibly frustrated with this office. I needed to reschedule my son’s 12 month appointment due to our insurance changing. I called everyday for like a week, left messages and nothing. So now I have a bill for 50 dollars when THEY could answer the phone or return a call. I’ve been trying for a whole week to get ahold of them to schedule his 12 month appointment and NOTHING. Getting a new pediatrician, sucks.

The pediatrician has been mine for my whole life and is now the pediatrician for my daughter. I see other reviews of people being upset about waiting, if you are early or on time you usually don’t wait for too long. Setting up appointments is easy. Although in a sense of urgency, it can be a hit or miss to schedule the day of. She is great at what she does! Explains everything thoroughly, if you have any questions or concerns she is always willing to answer. She cares for her patients and it shows. Busy woman but that just goes to show she’s great at what she does!
