Disgraceful how BCHC has treated my family members over the years. It's no wonder I went 30 years myself with undiagnosed asthma. This medical center is negligent and harming patients by not taking their concerns seriously.

Expect a 3 plus hour wait to be seen in urgent care, not worth the “convenience” of being in town. Make the drive to Waterloo urgent care and save yourself the wasted time.

Sent me home with an A1c so high their machine couldn't read it and never checked my blood sugar after telling me I was diabetic. 7 hours later I was in the allen er being treated for dka. I'll never set foot in this place again.

I went to the ER here with an injury to my ribs and difficulty breathing. I was very happy with the service. I was seen quickly, the care was high quality, and all of the staff were friendly and very personable. My concerns were taken seriously and the PA (Jill) was very helpful when it came to addressing my needs. Overall, I think I was in and out in less than an hour.
