Buchanan Brothers Pharmacy Inc

I went into store to pick up medication. And the the pharmacist, toss my prescription too one of the ladies. She looked disgusted at him. I was disgusted at him. There was no need of that. He could have just handed it to her. She was right there. He was mad because I won't feel my prescriptions there. He said he's out of the network, so he can't give me a 90 day. They supply, I was all right with that. I told them that I would fill my other prescriptions. If it was medicine for a toothache or something like that and that I would give my stuff from a mail order. I guess he didn't like that, but there was no need of him tossing it 21 of the ladies.

For some reason they NEVER have my meds.. Yet, CVS, Rite Aid and westfields Buchanan brothers always had it.... wont be ruturning after today. Go to westfield, they dont just stand around and talk about they're personal li ves (like we really care about your garden???) Theres no communication if meds are ready or if they cant be fille . So I get to venture out and get told they arrent in. HELLOOOO CALL THE PERSON TO LET THEM KNOW!!!

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. There have been several occasions in which I have stopped to pick up meds that have been called in but the ladies at the counter can not find them. They do not notify you if a med is called in but they happen to be out of it so you go to pick it up and it's not there. Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!

Very good pharmacy. I hope RiteAid don't buy it.

Decent little place to shop for candles and holiday based items.
