BSA Urgent Care Center

Sincerely worse experience ever. I was refused treatment due to unpaid balance that I was never told about, imagine since February/2025. I visited this urgent care 2 days ago & saw Doctor C Ladd and was given antibiotics for strep throat. Paid my co’paid & no one said anything about unpaid balance. Came back today for a doctor’s note and was told I must paid the unpaid balance of $342.46 or I will not be seen, & there’s nothing they can do. I left the place without being seen by anyone & no Doctor’s note…. I will never go to this Urgent care again, on God.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. Julie at the front desk is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to patients that are coming in seeking for Care. She told me about the $90 tow my ded w my ins which ok but when she ran my card she said I would get another bill later on. My husband asked about it, he was just tryin to understand, she said it will be credited tow my ded and then he asked why would I get a bill? She rudely and loudly said “IT IS NOT MY FAULT YALL HAVENT MET YOUR DEDUCTIBLE”. We said to refund my card we don’t appreciate this attitude towards us when we are tryin to understand this charges, she shouldn’t be working in the front at all specially if she doesn’t know how to explain these type of questions. I’ve visited BSA several times over the years, but most recently for when my daughter becomes ill. We’ve always received excellent care. We’ve seen a few different doctors and nurse practitioners, and each one has been kind, attentive, and professional. At our most recent visit, we saw Sydnee Jenschke, APRN-CNP, for the second time, and once again, I was so impressed by her compassion and thoroughness. She always takes the time to listen and make sure my daughter is well cared for. I also want to thank Jennifer and Julie at the front desk — they were both incredibly kind and understanding. I had some issues with my daughter’s insurance, and they went above and beyond to help me find a solution. Their patience and support meant so much. Robin is terrible. We brought my 82 yo mother in for abdominal pain. A nurse saw the need for a sense of urgency and got her back with my wife while I stood in line to check her in. Robin decided to mouth of that patients can't be seen without their name and insurance on file. I assured her I was in line, and that didn't seem enough for her. Just terrible customer service, have some human decency!

The doctor was great! better than my 2 previous appointments in another state. She realized that I had a fracture in my wrist even when I didn’t have any pain. Wonderful intuition
