BSA CareXpress Urgent Care Downtown

First time establishing myself as a patient and everyone was wonderful. Front reception lady was very patient and helpful. Miss Dawn, the nurse, was so thorough and she listened to everything I had concerns about. She’s also the best phlebotomist I’ve ever been stuck by. Dr. Licon is great and I’m so thankful to finally have found a PCP that cares about what I need. It was so great to trust my health to all these ladies! Thank you so much!! 100% would recommend!!!

The CareExpress downtown location is amazing. All the staff is caring, empathetic and helpful. Jennifer Licon and her nursing staff always take good care of me. So much so, that I recently made them my primary care. I highly recommend them!

I arrived 30 mins early due to it raining and unpredictable traffic. I thought I could be seen earlier than my online appointment time since they take walk ins, but I had to wait for the exact time. They then scheduled two people at the same exact time. I arrived first to check in, but they called the other person in first so I had to wait more. Probably a regular, even though I paid cash. Guess there’s only one NP at this clinic. I had already filled out all the necessary paperwork online and this was my 2nd time at a BSA urgent care clinic, but still had to fill out a bunch of more paperwork. Turns out they thought I wanted to become an established patient, which I didn’t even know existed at an urgent care clinic. I just wanted one time urgent care because I couldn’t see my PCP for week

Staff very friendly and courteous. Jennifer addressed all of my concerns. I can not say enough good things about my experience!

The staff of my neighborhood clinic ("downtown Amarillo") are efficient, friendly, and professional.  Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Carly, Dawn, Baylee, and Jennifer!
