Bryan Wirtz Orthodontics

I was a patient that was referred by my dentist. The first time I visited the office was to replace my permanent retainer. Dr. Wirtz told me I couldn’t get the retainer on my canine’s. That should have been the first red flag. I eventually had to get Invisalign because my teeth started to shift like I thought they would . I went through the process and he still didn’t place the retainer far back enough he said it would ruin my teeth. I found out that was not true. The staff was great but Dr. Wirtz always had an attitude when he saw me coming into the office. I caught him several times making faces and rolling his eyes in his head when he had to work with me. I would not recommend the orthodontist. I’m not sure if it was because of who I am because I never had a bad attitude. I didn’t see

The staff is very nice. The Dr. is polite and caring. They make sure the patient is comfortable and happy. I would recommend this Ortho.

My 3 kids were all treated here. They listen to concerns, help with issues and aren't pushy. You get a proper toothbrush to keep teeth and gums clean. They do payment plans. No extractions! Expansion is the proper orthodontic practice and they are very aware of keeping your kid on track. I have jaw issues from the old school method of orthodontics where they removed teeth. Dr. Wirtz and his staff are the best! My youngest has taken longer to complete treatment as she wasn't complying for a while. They don't charge extra or rush you. He's aware of proper retention for EDS patients and not to move their teeth too fast!

My daughter, my husband, and myself had orthodontia care here. The appointments are scheduled when you leave from the existing appointment. We never experienced any issues with appointments over the 15 years we have conducted business here. Not only was the appoint process simple, when we experienced wire or bracket issues on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday the on call staff was easily contacted and met us as needed. Great results with our care as well.

Great staff and I'm really really happy with the Invisalign treatment. Never a wait, show up on time and you'll get in quickly. Dr Wirtz is GREAT! Strongly recommended for all ages.
