Bryan Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic - Northwest Lincoln

We had a good experience here a the front desk lady went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of the patients. She saw an older couple struggling out in the parking lot and she RAN out the door to help them get in the wheelchair and inside the building. Then helped them get around and accommodate them the entire time. The staff once back was also amazing! The PA made sure I knew I could call her if I needed anything. This is a good place with good people who do care. It did take a good amount of time once we got there and left about 3 hours. They ran tests so I think that took about 1 hour of the time. Overall it was a good experience.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this location. A year ago my boyfriend and I went here for his ACL tear. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very throughout. They gave him all of the possibilities his injury could be, and pointed him in the direction of a orthopedic doctor. Fast forward to a couple days ago, I went in for a possible concussion. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and very communicative about warning signs and how to take care of myself. They even dimmed the lights for me when I told them I was sensitive to light. All around I’ve had some great experiences with this location and their staff!

We were traveling to Colorado. I felt a UTI coming on. We were spending the night in Lincoln so we stopped and visited urgent care. What a great experience and a good decision. From checking in to speaking to the nurse to the diagnosis from the PA. They listened and were extremely efficient. True healthcare specialists who were extremely helpful. Thank you Lincoln!

I cut my hand and required stitches. Natasha Anderson and Janet Pry provided great care. Friendly and I felt comfortable. I only waited about 15 minutes. Thank you ladies you Rock.

Rude and awkward staff. Very weird experience I will not come here again. I took my sister for a UTI and they were not helpful at all. The unprofessionalism was otherworldly. One of the nurses asked my sister if she was born a female? just because she has a bit of excess facial hair.. (I do too, we have pcos). But we are both very obviously women. And she had previously asked if my sister gets her period, and she was informed that my sister is currently ON her period. So how is she assuming my sister could have been born a male? That’s just a very weird and inappropriate question regardless, I’ve never seen any doctors/ nurses speak or act this way towards patients. Just ridiculous. Super slow service also, I’ve never left a bad review before btw.
