I took an updated letter from my insurance company and they lost it. The recording says that they will call you. They have NEVER called me back. They are close to home but that's the only good point

Left work a few minutes early to get there before 12:30 when they close for lunch. As I was pulling up at 12:23 they were locking the doors. Pulled up to window and she said the were closed for lunch. Not happy.

Terrible customer service! My son’s pediatrician called in breathing treatments that he needed, they had to order them and said they would be delivered the next day. 2 weeks went by, still not in stock. The employees are always giggling and goofing off at the window and everytime they pick the phone up. If you’re sick and need your medicine in a timely manner I don’t recommend coming here.

Terrible customer service Never has any medication on file. Does not ever have the prescriptions on file than the doctors office will call and magically they have them. They will “order” medication and it takes over a month to receive it and you have to be the one to call and confirm they got it. Will not take my business here. Rude staff when you finally do the foot work to prove it was their mistake!

Horrible customer service by the young girl with dark hair. Doesn’t speak to you when you come in picks up the phone and then simply hangs up. This is the third time the girl has done that. Trash customer service honestly
