I have absolutely struggled to find a dentist office that works well for my kids. They’ve had a few bad experiences in the past, which made them nervous and fearful of dental visits. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this gem of an office! Even through the cries and screams of my littles, the staff never seem deterred they handle everything with so much patience and care. The dentist is always so kind to my babies and even takes the time to encourage me as a parent to keep working through it and continue bringing them. Today, I wasn’t feeling my best, and my child was also having a rough start. One of the employees, Ms. Norma, really stood out to me. She usually helps with scheduling and checkout, but today she went above and beyond to help calm my little one, holding her hand in the room to hel

Took all of my children for checkups and cleanings. One of my children has a heart condition, and once that was mentioned, Kristine Donnelly didn’t finish the exam or provide an opinion because they wouldn’t be able to complete the dental work in-office (which I understand). However, I would have appreciated at least an overview of my child’s oral health—what could be done for his cavities and the spacing of his permanent teeth coming in. Offering some basic guidance wouldn’t have posed any risk to him. It’s also disappointing that the office still billed insurance for an X-ray and visit, even though we left without any real feedback or plan of care.
