I finished my cardiac/pulmonary rehab at this facility. Staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful. I especially want to acknowledge Lindsey for her hard work and continuous support. She is very kind, knowledgeable and humble. She took interest in my wellbeing and communicated with my primary care and cardiologist as needed. Facility and program is also great. I enjoyed my workouts and the education classes.

Great fitness center. There are a variety of machines and free weights, to work for all fitness levels. The trainers are helpful and friendly. Great hours too. I love that I can get in early in the morning and be out before my work day even starts.

Very nice clean facility, friendly staff, not crowded, coaches available with appointments.

I have been enjoying the Aqua therapy and cant tell you how good it feels. Just started regular PT and can feel like I could get better with it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility very clean & well maintained.

The place seems like a good facility with lots of exercise equipment & therapy services. I ran into one of my "pet peeves" here, pulmonary rehab had a pulmonologist come in to answer questions. I only got in on the last answer which I believe he was unqualified to answer, at least professionally. It was a question about air purifiers, to which he responded to as if his education made his opinion factual or even qualified. So he doesn't recommend them and suggests a good furnace filter instead. He believes the specs of an air purifier don't match the cubic feet of living space well. It appears to me that he believes the education & intellect of pulmonologists make them experts at much more than their education actually qualifies them for. First of all, furnace filters usually aren't sealed
