Brunswick Urgent Care PA

They really need to work on communication. Since when do they NOT give written instructions on follow-up care or how/when to take prescribed medications? I was in recently with an apparent upper respiratory infection. They gave me a steroid shot and said they'd send in scripts to my pharmacy. I heard Steroid and Inhaler. No paperwork, no instructions. I pick up the scripts at my pharmacy and get home to find a hand-written instruction on the lable of the inhaler, however illegible. I still don't know what it means or what it said. Now I get a text from the Pharmacy saying I have a script ready for pick-up... 3 days after it's ready. Apparentlly, a prescription cough syrup was also prescribed. That would have been nice to know. The staff of this facility are impeccable. Everyone from the entry receptionist to the physician to the nurse are polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. I will be seeing them again hopefully when I am feeling a bit better than I am today just outstanding service oriented group of people One caution Is that the scheduling software appears to be off by a four hour? Period. So when you get the text telling when you’re going to be seen, don’t believe it leave your ringer on the phone. They are much more efficient than their computer.😎

I had such a great experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office itself is very clean and comfortable. The medical staff was kind, attentive and really took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable with my care plan before leaving. I left feeling very well taken care of and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of quality care.

The staff and the doctor were very professional, polite and efficient. The front desk was fantastic and the facility was neat and clean. I highly recommend Brunswick Urgent Care.

I've come to this urgent care for years and always had great service. Today as a walk in I was met politely by Abby in reception, efficiently seen for vitals by Jasmine and then formally reviewed by APN Allessandra all within 40 minutes. Script sent to my drug store electronically. I couldn't ask for an easier visit. Thanks all!!!
