This place was willing to take on my really complicated case when other places wouldn't, and I am grateful for that! Some people that worked on my teeth have been friendly, good listeners, etc and some have been gentler than others. I do wish that I was given more of an opportunity to talk and ask questions with Dr Bruce and those helping me before they get to work on my teeth. They usually just get down to business, and I know they have a lot going on and a lot of people to see, but if I'm being completely honest, sometimes I feel like just a case that needs to be solved. But again, not everyone there is like that, and I'm sure they don't intend that, they're probably just busy. I had a quick and nice process with my braces. The workers were very nice, and always were fast to get you in for your appointment. They are all gentle and polite with each person they take care of, and they make sure each person is comfortable in their own ways. The process as to braces was easy they explained everything in a well matter to what anyone would be expecting. I recommend this place not only for the result after the braces but the community inside the work place too is worth it.
