my beautiful friend was promised her braces off on a certain set date. the office and their employees failed to hold up their end of the agreement. their lack of social skills and communication are appalling and embarrassing. i was heartbroken to see the pain they have caused my amazing friend. their lack of professionalism and organization is greatly disappointing and i would not recommend them to anyone who plans on having a proper timeline or organization.

Terrible communication. Receptionist have been very rude over the phone, especially during the virus. My daughter has sat in a chair for 10 min without being treated. I feel that they need to work on their communication because my daughter has been told she’d get her braces off in May and we’re just now booking one for November. Very disappointed

Was so happy with my invisalign experience 6 years ago that I'm back to get my sons braces here. I find the staff personable and Dr. P accommodating and friendly.

I had a poor experience there, my daughter was told 7 different times she was getting her braces off today. We go in she is all excited and they tell her to wait another 3 months. Mind you they were supposed to come off in May. I was very disappointed,also they kept pushing back out appointments and changing the dates. Very annoying,wouldn’t recommend.

Dr Podhouser is a very smart and talented man that knows what he is doing during every step of the process. I always felt happy with my choice to go here to fix my smile. He and his staff are always happy and friendly and they answer every question that you may have. I'm so happy that I did my research and chose this place to start the Invisalign process.
