I was under this doctor’s care for nine months and was prescribed medication that did absolutely nothing to help my condition. During one visit, I had a severe migraine attack in his office and couldn’t stop crying from the pain. In the middle of it, he looked at me and said, “You will have this pain all your life.” My husband and I were stunned and scared by his words. That day, I decided to stop the medication. When I told him, he said I couldn’t just stop. But when he saw I was serious, he reluctantly said, “At least do it slowly.” As we were checking out, he told me I could find more information on Google. I was speechless. We haven't even been there yet. And the staff didn't leave a voicemail and called repeatedly, like they were scammers. After reading all these reviews, this is really terrifying that this guy is still in practice.

Dr. Gaitan is someone I am very fortunate to have overseeing my care post stroke. He is no nonsense. He tells it like it is. Listening to him and heeding every word of warning has benefited my recovery greatly. As straight forward as he is, you cannot be shy. If you have any questions or concerns he is there to give you answers. Your recovery is on you, use his expertise to your advantage!!!

The worst doctor ever. Would not recommend to anyone! He is inpatient, he is not empathetic. He is extremely rude, he will never let you talk Not to mention the front staff. Front staff use to be kind, empathetic and helpful but I don’t know when it took a turn. They are just like the doctor now.

Nothing against the doctor I had him for years but now his staff has became so lazy that they don't even call you to let you know when your appointment coming up and they keep on switch my appointments schedule they tell it's not this date and when that date coming by I call to confirm it but they tell me I missed my appointment im like how did I miss it I wrote down this is bad staff they need to get fired for your poor job and I know one of his staff is his wife and she is very rude I don't understand how she runs the whole office. So that's my situation with this.
