They're very friendly they always treat people with respect and I have never had to wait more than the time it takes for the person ahead of me inline. I've seen other pharmacies whether you tell you to come back in an hour but once I call them and tell them I'm coming they have it ready by the time I get there.

Every single person in this store is so nice. I’m new to the area and I feel so grateful that I found Brownstone Rx. They were just getting brand new, hand made pharmacist tables. They look really nice! I also bought several books by local authors. I’m excited to read them! The pharmacist was also really helpful in answering my questions. I love this place and 100% recommend them.

I've had such a hard time with one of my prescriptions constantly being out of stock- I typically don't find out until I am almost out, which causes great stress. I called Brownstone and not only did they have it in stock, they also offered to call to get it transferred for me! I've always had to reach out to my doctor to get them to send the prescription elsewhere, which is another stresser, as I do not know when they'll see my message. I cannot begin to explain how much of a relief that 5-minute call with Brownstone gave me. Thank you!!
