I really like my doctors there BUT the company that bought the practice is so obnoxious that I’m considering going elsewhere. They text my mobile and home phones, send me email, etc., endlessly. When I called the parent company, the fellow who took my call couldn’t find me in their system. When I complained in person to the receptionist (who said the local staff have no control over the national ownership), two other patients in the waiting room spoke up, saying, “I agree!” and “Yeah!” Venture capitalist suck.

Husband had an appointment at 3:20pm for mole removal. He arrived at about 3:00pm. He was taken back to a room at about 3:35pm. He sat there until 4:05pm, at which time someone came in and told him they wouldn't be doing the procedure because they "didn't have enough time". Will they be reimbursing him for the time he took off of work? How unprofessional.

The staff is professional and friendly. Any procedure that may be done is discussed with the patient first before proceeding. The doctors and staff are welcoming and make you feel at ease in the examination room. The office maintains an upbeat atmosphere. Reminders of upcoming appointments are texted or called beforehand. Prescriptions are sent quickly to the pharmacy of your choosing.

Absolutely love Dr Puthuff. I have been going to her for many, many years!!! She is personable & very professional. I trust her completely & would recommend!! 5 stars ⭐️ i⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My PA, Mary, is very thorough at her job. Besides this, I enjoy my visits with her. She has such a wonderful personality, which shines through her work. She has taken such good care of me. I can't say enough good things about her.
