Dr. Frankie is the best. This is the best Doctor ever! She shows interest in your needs and concerns. Very compassionate and never rushes through an office visit. Love her!!

Have no problems with my doctor she is great. Kim knows that when I go in I don’t eat, have all my meds written down and give her list of problems or concerns and she gets me taken care of. Only problem when I try and call talk to anybody about refills or the pharmacy asks me to call never get someone to answer always the machine and never get a call back.

Telehealth appt are very short and i feel that my concerns are dismissed and not attended to. Im not sure how i can receive good medical care when the call last under 3 minutes.

Doctors are great. But front desk "forgot" I singed my two small toddlers in. Until I went to reschedule 40 minutes after my apt.

The doctors are great but the front desk is terrible, they are always very rude and they always forget to either get the payment when you first sign in
